MetroThe Genoa Underground, even though it is still being expanded and articulated, covers the line Genova Certosa - Stazione Brignole. The small train Genova Casella – is one of the rare examples of Italian narrow-gauge railways, it is 25 km long and is articulated along a route characterised by steep slopes and narrow bends, among Apennine ridges, crags and ditches; a mountain railway even though it is by the sea for the first 6 km.
