If you want to enjoy the taste of the live mistery the "CRIG, Centro Ricerche Ipogee di Genova" (Genoa Underground Research Centre) offers different undergroung itineraries in natural and artificial caves.
Among the different cultural events you can choose the thematic guided tour "Genova SOTTERRANEA" (underground Genova), developed in different locations of the city and a series of conferences dedicated to the worldwide geographic explorations.
Among the different proposals you can enjoy, for example, the guided tour inside the monumental bridge in XX SETTEMBRE street, in the heart of the city. The bridge has been planned by Cesare Gamba and maybe he couldn’t imagine that, after a century, the bridge woud be worldwide recognized thanks to the uniqueness of its hollow structure.
The guided tours are short but real underground adventures, which bring "the new explorers" back in the time, plunged in the darkness, in the silence of the historical memories of the city.
